AISSEE-2024 postponed due to clash between some major national examination and All India Sainik Schools Entrance Examination which was being held on 21st January, 2024, and difficulties experienced due to the same, it has been decided to reschedule AISSEE-2024 on 28.01.2024 (Sunday) across the country.
AISSEE-2024 Exam Details:
NTA will be conducting the All-India Sainik Schools Entrance Examination AISSEE-2024 Exam for admission to Class VI and Class IX in 33 Sainik Schools across the country, for the academic year 2024-25. Sainik Schools are English medium residential schools affiliated to CBSE. They prepare cadets to join the National Defence Academy, Indian Naval Academy and other Training Academies, for Officers. The Ministry of Defence (MoD) has approved 19 New Sainik Schools, which operate in partnership with NGOs/private schools/State Governments. These approved New Sainik Schools function under the aegis of the Sainik Schools Society. Admission to the Sainik School stream of Class VI of the New Sainik Schools, for the academic year 2024-25 is also through AISSEE-2024.

It has also been decided to extend the last date for submission of online application form for All India Sainik School Entrance Examination (AISSEE) – 2024, enabling the aspiring candidate(s) to apply for the said exam.

Candidates will be able to make corrections in any of the details submitted by them in their Exam Application Form online through the correction window at https://exams.nta.ac.in/AISSEE/, during the period when the correction window will be made available. They will also be able to replace the documents already uploaded with the correct documents, in case there has been an error in uploading. Exam will be held on 28.01.2024 (Sunday) as per revised schedule.Â
