We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to withdraw your ward from the program. This fee refund policy outlines the conditions under which RDA will provide refunds for courses and services.
Refund Policy for borders:
Full Refund:

- Full fee refund will be issued in the case if you pay the fees in advance and student didn’t join the academy due to any reason.
Partial Refund:

- For admission cancellations made within the initial grace period of 15 days, an amount of Rs. 21000/- (admission Fees, Hostel & Tuition Fees) and charges of books and uniform (actual charges) will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded within the time period of 45 days from the date of your confirmation.
No Refund:

- Fees paid will not be refunded in any case if any student cancel his/her admission after the completion of grace period of 15 days from the joining of academy.
- Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after the program completion.
- Refunds will not be issued for missed classes or dissatisfaction with the program content.
Refund Policy for Day Scholars:
- For admission cancellations made within the initial grace period of 15 days, the tuition fees of one quarter will be charged from the parents and rest amount will be refunded within the time period of 45 days from the cancellation of admission of the student.
Additional Guidelines:
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] or through a written application in favour of Principal Rashtra Defence Academy.
- Refund request through telephone, SMS, WhatsApp & verbally will not be accepted.Â
- Refunds will be processed within 45 days of receiving the written request.
- Refunds will be issued to the parent of student through cheque/NEFT.
Exceptions:
RDA reserves the right to consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis and offer alternative solutions that may not be covered under this policy.
