Revised List of Shortlisted Candidates for Airmen Recruitment Rally 2020 – Rajasthan, Haryana & Bihar

Indian Air Force has updated the revised list of shortlisted candidates for Airmen Recruitment rally 2020 for the students of Rajasthan, Haryana & Bihar on its official website https://airmenselection.cdac.in/CASB/. Indian Air Force Airmen Recruitment Rally is scheduled to be held from 9th October 2020 in the above-given three (Rajasthan, Haryana & Bihar) states. IAF had declared the list of shortlisted candidates on 1st October 2020 but due to a lot of mistakes and with fake names in the previous list of shortlisted candidates, IAF withdrew these lists from its official website next day. Today IAF had again updated the revised list of shortlisted candidates for Airmen Recruitment rally 2020 with same instructions.

Due to COVID-19 IAF has decided to shortlist the candidates based on the merit. Details of the candidates shortlisted for the Airmen Recruitment Rally 2020 for three states Rajasthan, Haryana & Bihar is as given below:

Important Instructions for the candidates:


Candidates are to mandatorily carry following documents in original while reporting at the venue of recruitment rally as per the date and time allotted to the candidates:

  • Provisional Admit Card
  • Domicile Certificate
  • Mark Sheet and Pass Certificate of Intermediate or equivalent
  • Pass certificate of Metric / Class X
  • Valid Photo ID
  • NCC / SOAFP / Service Certificate, if applicable
  • Seven recent passport size photographs

Note:

  • Failure to bring the above-mentioned documents while reporting for the recruitment rally may result in cancellation of your candidature to appear in the selection test.
  • Given the prevailing risk of COVID-19, candidates are to follow all COVID-19 protocols/instruction/preventive measures issued by Central/State governments from time to time throughout the duration of the exam and during travel.

Sequence of Examination:


Group ‘X’ (Technical) {except Education Instructor) Trades:

  • Physical Fitness Test (PFT): PFT consists of a 1.6 km run to be completed within 6 minutes 30 seconds. Candidates shall also have to complete 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups and 20 squats within the stipulated time to qualify in the physical fitness test.
    Note: Candidates are advised to bring their sports shoes and shorts/track pant.
  • Written Test: All candidates who qualify PFT shall undertake a written test on the same day or subsequent day depending on the local conditions. The written test will be objective type and question paper shall be bilingual (English and Hindi) except for English paper. Answers are to be annotated on OMR sheet. Detailed procedure shall be explained before the conduct of the examination. Duration of written test will be 60 minutes and shall comprise of Physics, Maths and English as per 10+2 CBSE syllabus. (CANDIDATES ARE TO QUALIFY IN EACH PAPER SEPARATELY).
  • Marking Pattern for Written Test:
    (i) 01 mark for every correct answer.
    (ii) Nil (0) marks for un-attempted question.
    (iii) 0.25 marks shall be deducted for each wrong answer or choosing more than one option as an answer.
  • Adaptability Test-1: All candidates who pass the written test shall undertake adaptability test-1 on the same or subsequent day depending on the local conditions. Adaptability test – 1 is to assess the suitability of a candidate for employment in the IAF which involves deployment in varied geographic terrain, weather and operational conditions.
  • Adaptability Test-2: All candidates who pass adaptability test-1 will have to undertake adaptability test-2 as per policy in vogue. Adaptability test-2 is to select candidates who can adapt to the environment of the Indian Air Force and are able to adjust to the military way of life.
    Note: The question paper is a confidential document of the Indian Air Force. All candidates to note and understand that access to the question paper is permitted only during the examination. Question paper in any form whatsoever will not be provided to the candidate after the examination.
